Most of what I write will be positive, optimistic and everything about recovery, health, well-being, mindfulness & spirituality.
But part of my path to recovery is sifting through my past and processing, which means there might be some difficult topics. So, I’ve included a list of trigger warnings. Please take care reading my blogs if you have trouble with any of the following:
